PSD file for under suits - Trying to do a Classic Captain America!

Does anyone know if anyone is still offering the .psd file for the basic muscle shaded under suits such as the ones used for the spider-man costumes? I have tried looking in the JY and saw the one post but it seems he has stopped selling the file. I have already started the scales for the top but am wanting to do an under suit for the rest! Please let me know!
