My new Mark 7 helmet

After the first attempt to realize my mark 7 helmet from depron unique template with a good result in the shape but few not correctable defects such as the asymmetry of the ears, I have decided to use Darkside501st's Mk VII helmet pep file for a new attempt.
The 3d model is almost perfect and you can find it at this link: http://www.therpf.com/f24/darkside501sts-iron-man-mk-vii-pepakura-files-new-pics-pg-100-a-139470/

This is my work in progress:

nice job dude...always wanted to start mine....btw where and how did you place the magnet? thanks

I used 16 neodymium magnet with 4mm diameter and 2 mm thickness. I drilled with a tool of 4mm and after i put the magnets in the holes.
8 magnets on the helmet and 8 magnets on the faceplate.
In this photo you can see the position.

But be careful, with putty and paint the attraction power is reduced so you can follow two ways: you can insert two side levers or more powerful and larger magnets:)
