Marvel SHIELD Logo HELP NEEDED

Hello All,

I am attempting to re-create a background logo that was seen in The Avengers and more recently in Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. From what I can tell, it looks like it utilizes the standard USAF "shield" style that thy use for pretty much all of there insignias with the S.H.I.E.L.D. eagle as the center section.

What I need to complete this project is the wording that is used in the lower banner.

Can someone please help????

Didnt see this Logo in the Movie or Show.
But i think the Text is the same as in any S.H.I.E.L.D. Logo, just the complete Name "Strategic Homeland Intervention, Enforcement and Logistics Division".
