View attachment 130353Hello Rpf, I decided to.undertake building a movie quality replica suit. Cardboard base. Fiberglassed, bondoed, cast, professionally painted, fully functional electronics,Hud video glasses, android based. This should be fun! I have a background in mechanical engineering & design, automotive etc. This is the prefect build to encompass a wide range of skills.

Yeah you need to put your pics on photo bucket or similar photo hosting site and then link them from there. Photobucket does do an app so you can do it all via your phone if that's how you want to go about it.

I always look past the cardboard to the finished product, :love

I am going to put all of the detail in after the full suit it ready to go to the next build stage.

At the risk of sounding like a noob, but what is hod video glasses - android based. Will this be a build with descriptive detailed info? Thanx so much... GM

So to basically simplify the answer to you question, These glasses in the pic will be attached to a camera on the helmet so you can view everything normally through a fully enclosed helmet( if you had the real suit)
From there you would could toss in proximity sensors, Accelerometers, etc.. to make targeting systems or HuD( Heads up display)

I believe you mean HUD, as opposed to HOD:unsure

:lol how careless of me, yes, hud. :lol we have an arcade game called hod. House of the dead.
