Your work is amazing, You could you paint my car anytime.
awesome paint so glossy like it..,fantastic,,great worx, kip it up
This is one of those threads I'm going to have to re-read a few times to fully absorb everything. Awesome, awesome suit. Quite an inspiration...
WOW WOW WOW, amazing stuff man! The more and more pics i see on here the more it pumps me up to build mine! Great job! can't wait to see you suited up!
managed to get a little more done.
the calves are molded n cast (not taken pics yet).
need to thicken up mold of left one as a little thin n ended up with a few dimples doh.
molded n cast front n rear foot flaps.
then onto the boots, had already made 2,but decided there was something missing.
so onto a bit of modding, cut one in half, hinge it,create repulsor housing from 2 pieces of pvc pipe and then add a little kick up to the rear of the heel.
what do you reckon?worth the hassle?
HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS
Nice Work!! Man I wish I was as far along as you are
do a little dance in those clogs
Man I love this build
Now that's pimp!

Really awesome work. I think this is my second post here but seriously, I've been following your work for some time now and been impressed with every update. Hope to see this beast of a suit soon for completion.
wow - just unreal.
I just signed up for the forums and will be building my first pep costume shortly, so this may be a question that has been asked repeatedly on the forums (so I might need a redirect). How do you create the molds to cast your parts.
I understand they're from your original pep/fiber/bondo parts - but how do you make the molds from there, materials, etc. and then how do you cast? Rotational molding? equipment involved, materials, thanks.
You guys inspire me
Fingaz you make it !!! a very fantastic perfect work men !!!
Just re-read the entire thread again...
Certainly got my mojo back now and started work again on mine.
Any updates ?
just found this build and its absolutely the best build Ive seen, and theres a lot of AMAZING Iron man builds but this is incredible....
Next question, how do I get you to cast me one???
Now to make it fit inside a suitcase!
Kidding. Fantastic work dude. I love the iron man costumes. Didn't like the second movie, but at least his secretary was hot!
well im back with a update
been a hectic time life somewhat got in the way, then pc went bang or rather boom.
anyhow work been a little quiet this past couple of weeks,so back on with the build.
legs now molded cast in fibreglass n primered
flaps cast n fitted
cod n abs cast molded in fibregass n primered
my original helmet i've modified,it had bit of a slaphead going on
so using fulvio's work of art as a ref, i've done a little reshaping.
casts, 2 in fibreglass 3 in poly
couple more bits to do then on to paint
thanks ranger, the molds are made from silicone with fibreglass support shells,n doesn't work out cheap.
