Iron Man MK 40 ish helmet

Hello RPF,

This is my first build post. I worked on this last year around the release of the movie and game where I got the based low poly model from. It was half an exercise in working with 3d and half in hopes of getting to 3D print myself an Iron Man helmet. I loved the design of the MK 40 shotgun and so I worked from that and picked and chose aspects of the helmets that I liked.









This was my progress as of the last time I worked on it.

Here is the link to the obj file. I'm sure the scaling is terribly off. I'll be working to fix that and fill out the model for future 3d printing. If anyone wants to collaborate that would be very welcome.

Lookin' good. :thumbsup Wish I had a set of modeling skills, I'd love to help out if I could. Let me know if you're ever lookin' for some reference pics, though.

I reckon you could pass that off as a custom Deathsroke Helmet aswell
