Will using Polytek easyflo 120 for my batman mask harm me in any way?

I'm going to be casting a batman mask to wear out of the polytek easyflo 120 (or 60 if better), via the slush casting technique, as this is the last part I need to complete for my batsuit. I just wanted to know if wearing it will harm me, I will wear a respirator, and actually cast the mask outside, but will contact with water harm me, and will using the mask without coming into contact with water harm me, if yes, will a coat of spray paint/normal paint prevent this?

thanks in advance.

I think cured resin is pretty inert so you should be fine. I would use 65D from smooth on though. I am using easyflow 120 for a current job and am finding that it is very soft and even moderate sunshine makes it warp, I never had that problem with the 65D.

Thanks a lot. Could you recommend any similar cheaper resins-although I'll probably end up using this anyway.
Also, do you think the 860g option will suffice, or do I need more(if more, then how much more:double, triple?)
I'll post some finished photos and sculpt pics, but in the meantime, I may not be able to add to the sculpt as I will be in Japan:)
Is this resin suitable for use with bronze powder?
