Problems with Kris at Hells kitchen (good news updated)

Hello guys.

I've ordered a TDK urethane armor kit set, a cowl and a mesh suit from Kris last year JAN. he told me the wait time was about 4~6 weeks. but I wait for my items almost 2 years still nothing!! sent him a lot of emails but no reply. I have no idea what can I do except waiting. I know some members here also having the same problem.... so what can we do now? I'm getting bad feeling about my items. I'm not happy.:facepalm:angry

Update(2015.6) :

Good news, after the long wait I finally got the items. very high quality and I am so happy with it.

the wait is over. if you guys who still waitting on something from kirs. you will get it soon, kris is working on it at the moment.

At first he reply my email, he said he was very busy. a few months later he said he have no money to finish my order. now he have no give me any reply.

Here is the last mail I got from him six months ago. I don't know what happened with him, I just very angry. he take my money and don't give me anything. I paid for him $3700 AUD . this is not a small sum for me as I'm a university student..

He is having serious issues. You are not alone. I know a few guys he STILL owes stuff to. Sad really.

Yes, I've heard about that, but I saw him still making and selling stuff on ebay early this year.

People who do project runs and take commission work should treat it as a "business", that means you count the cost of the project including your labor BEFORE you tell someone how much it's going to cost. And if you take a deposit or even their full amount you make sure you deliver that product BEFORE you spend that money on anything else, because until you've handed over the product that money isn't your to spend, it is that of the client. I get that life happens and things can go out of control very fast, if times get tough and you can't finish the work suck it up and refund the money.

I'd be a bit concerNed when I spoke TomTom last month he says he doesn't make dark knight anymore as its way too many pieces
