Man of steel - batman concept design

Been playing around with some different creations for a Batman costume, and since I have finished the MOS design, and my nephew is a huge Batman/Superman fan, I have yet to see someone do a crossover design of the two. - Enter me:)
So I got the muscle design from Orhadar's and started to play around with what I can do with it. Here is the results:

And tried some other emblems, but I think the one above works the best.

I may have a version printed one day, but just wanted to see what people think of the MOS design used as a Batman concept. Like I said, not seen anything done like this before and I like to be different:)

I love the yellow bulls eye, a bit too big, but okay.
Although I may suggest to drop the belt.
Batman need his utility belt.
The neck opening should not be the same as superman.
 
This is too cool :thumbsup. Wish I had the physique to pull off a sub dye suit. I agree with IMIM2 the utility belt is a must but that doesn't mean that it can't be incorporated some how
