It's a good looking costume, and is definitely going to take some work to source/build. I actually like that they skipped the raccoon-eyes under the mask (which they haven't done for any costumed hero yet on the show), but the lipstick totally washes out her skin tone when combined with the blond wig. She has looked great as a blond in the past (see: Supernatural) but I think they should ditch the lipstick soon.

The pants are not leather pants, judging by how it rests on her. It looks like something with stretch-- probably rubberized material or something. It has a nice sheen to it, but it doesn't wrinkle anywhere but in her hips, which looks like how elastic material would work.
The jacket is definitely new. So is the mask.

Five and Diamond sell it for less than any other vendor I have seen. It is a little pricey...$250, but given that it is probably $100 worth of materials and a whole bunch of expert leather working time, that is a decent price. I bet the pocket on it is for the sonic device
If that price is a bit much for people, Five and Diamond have good reference pics of it! I'd love to see someone take the time to hand make this, it would be a great project.

I think the Buttercup wig in Platinum from Arda will work way better for Laurel because the Ferrari (as shown in the pics in Ash Blonde) has bangs which are a pain - even if you try to tame them. I am going to start making the jacket soon...once I get some courage to tackle it and have some more reference pictures. Maaay or may not do Sara's jacket first.
Also going to start a separate thread for the W.I.P so I would love some input once I really get going on Laurel and Sara's costumes!

I love that you found this. I'm still not sure if I'll attempt this build myself but it's boss you found the most difficult piece.

Hopefully there will be knockoff versions soon, I would probably pick one of those up too. I am planning on using the leather one for other cosplays (that is how I justify the purchase to myself ). If anyone wants any info on it or detailed pics let me know and I would be happy to assist!

These were very recently discontinued. They are now sold out online, BUT... they can still be found in stores and are also on clearance!
If your local store doesn't still have them in stock, they can tell you which stores do. All they need is the style number (#242506).
