Unlimited Run Captain America Helmet - Winter Soldier - Age of Ultron & Civil War

Just wanted to gauge interest on a run of WS or AoU helmets.. If there are 5-10 people interested I would do a run

These are run in urethane rubber. With or without the leather bits, strapping and rein buckle, chin cup and triangles.

Raw cast helmet with A would be $210usd

Leather/resin kit would be $158usd

I will also offer finishing for the helmets for an additional $180usd , which makes them look like the photos..

Shipping is extra based on your location

I am interested in a raw cast with the A and leather kit to go with it.
Is it like a soft rubber? (Please excuse my ignorance.) and how difficult is it to paint? Is there a particular kind of paint you would need?

I got your Shaw/Magneto Helmet and just finished and loved it.

I frickin love mine, of all the helmets on my wall, this is the first one ppl go to. The finishing work was awesome too

OK so it seems there isnt much interest. I need min 5 to do a run..leather hides are not cheap. I had people PMing me..so let me know.


No not hard to paint at all, just need some acrylic inks :) I can send you an email about it.

I just received my helmet and it is incredible. Well worth every penny. It is very comfortable and the attention to detail is top notch. The leather work is great as well. I couldn't be happier with my helmet. Curtis was great to work with and kept me posted on everything. This is the helmet you want!

Don't miss out guys this is a great helmet you can't go wrong with urethane fits so much better here's my helmet I got from TheRocketeer. TWS.JPGCapWS-3.JPG urethane has the best fit doesn't give that bobblehead look like some helmets

Ok? Do you have one of my helmets? Cause the leather won't fit in anything else..kinda useless without the helmet I make :)

Just received one of Rocketeer's AoU helmets this week and his work is simply stunning, great attention to detail and his paint app turned out really well, highly recommended.

For those who got his helmets, any tips on how to install the small round metal fasteners provided for the chin strap to adjust the length? I have a snap fastener hand tool but not sure if that will work with those metal bits. I also may shave a little urethane from the upper edge of the eye openings as I can't get the helmet's bridge to sit on my nose properly w/o the helmet pressing into my eyes, not sure if anyone else has had to do that, maybe I just have a weird face :wacko

Sorry I didn't get back to you. Yeah it's exactly like a snap tool. You can use a piece of softer wood if you don't have that. And there are a few people I know who don't like the eye part sitting in so much. But it's rubber so trim away until it fits nice :) glad you like it.

Damn! No, I make my helmets from pep and the stealth helmet is next. Your strap kit is just so nice, thought I could take a shortcut.
