Ive Ordered a set off Dave!
So are prices a secret? I just don't want to waste the guy's time if it's not in my budget.
He set his price for anyone ordering them at $85 for the set.
Just wanted to chime in again and just say Dave does fantastic leather work! Thanks too to Dreddful for helping out with this...
I ordered a set too, I can't wait to get them, they look just about perfect! I hope he makes a ton of money off these, he deserves it!
My pleasure! He just sent me photos of the finished flash ball cylinder as well. I'm hoping to have it this week and my belt will be set! I will post photos when I get it. He already told me he is going to be selling the cylinder for $32 a piece. Gotta hand it to him, his prices are insanely low for custom work.
So what's on a standard belt? How many pouches, what types, and how many double magazine holders? Anyone know?
The belt contains
2 x dual mag holders
1 x Leather belt keeper (holds plastic cuffs)
1 x Flash ball holder
1 x Medical pouch
1 x Knife
1 x Smoke grenade pouch
1 x Disc mine/grenade pouch
I think that's about right.. also the holster strap connects to the belt. But yeh... that's no biggy.
Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.:
Sent from my PadFone
Saving my pennies for this. Thanks for letting us know!
Here are a few pics of the flash ball cylinder he sent me. I had him fashion it with ping pong balls as size reference.

Do we have a vendor for the plasticuffs
If so link?
I haven't seen anyone do screen accurate plasticuffs yet, but there are plenty of places who make similar versions. Just google things like zip cuffs, plasticuffs, or disposable restraints. I've seen people buying from various places.
Wow, great work! Thanks for sharing!
Subscribing as I contemplate whether to do this or not... hmm.. so very tempting.
There were multiple versions of the cuffs made. Some WERE definitely made for the film because they had to be easy to cut or comfortable to wear (at least one pair up for auction was lined with foam for this). Others appear to be like standard zip-tie nylon material (the ones that weren't used and were just belt props).
