I have decided again to create a Judge Dredd Breach mine out of common materials after being successful on my last project in making Flash bangs out of pencil sharpeners.... hope to share with everyone so they could have a cheap build by themselves

We start of by buying a really cheap yoyo that would be used as the basic form for the breach mine...

Next is to have them separated...

We build the form using bondo filler and meet the required thickness...

Drill holes on the sides then build the top details by adding raised surfaces using fillers ...

Then install the Ref magnet at the bottom...

After completion of the filler, you will need cutter blade and small chisels to curve out the details...

Then sanding with 100 and 220 grit to smooth out the surface...

Applying initial primer and making the tab laminated (re-usable) with Ref magnet also installed at the bottom...

To be more realistic and screen accurate... I have decided to install a switch inside to simulate mine activation...

Need to cut the top most portion which will be used as activation button...

Clean the insides and install switch holder to fix the assembly...

Install the cut-off portion into a push to on micro switch and confirm if fully functional...

Return the top button assembly and using a super glue to fix it inside the breach mine...
