Firstly i apologise about the lack of News regarding this but as of now i have some fantastic news
The UKs First Replica Prop Forum Prop Party will be held at Memorabilia at the NEC Birmingham UK in November.
I have lots of stuff to organise and get sorted and as soon as i have more news i will obviously pass it on.
The RPF Staff have given me the go ahead to ask you guys for help, i will at some point be posting in the main forum with a list of things i need help with, but to get things underway here is a small list of essentials.

I need to confirm with the Organisors of Memorabilia that we will definately be in attendance.
So if you are seriously interested in attending the UK RPF Prop Party can you please re-post here or pm me your name and what props you will be displaying please.
Unfortunately this is a Public paying event so free passes will only be allocated to RPF members displaying their props, any other RPF members wanting to attend will have to attend and pay as Joe Public
Members attending must also commit to the 2 days 19th and 20th of November at the NEC Birmingham.
Saturday the 19th will be an early am start due to setting up. Free passes will be allocated to members displaying their props so please get in early as this will be limited
I need to have confirmations by the end of August if possible so that i can liase with the organisors and sort out how much space we require etc
Hopefully we will have a good turn out of props and have a great time, nearer the time i will add details of local Hotels in the area for those wishing to stay over for the weekend and also saturday night try to organise some sort of social gathering too.

Not sure I could commit to two days in Birmingham as I'd need to commit my other half for driving too. I had hoped to bring along a display that I'm not yet ready to reveal...
i quess in hindsight if we had enough props to display over 2 days then i'm certain allowences can be made.
Id like to see this become an anual thing at Memorabilia, my concern is if we don't commit to the 2 days the organisors wont have us back for future event's
maybe we just do one day

sorry but I (as Judge Minty Costume Display) won't be able to make those dates as it clashes with another UK event which I committed ages ago.
Good luck with the event! I know quite a few other people who will be attending MEM.

Just got back from a lovely soggy shortened week in Devon, so wasnt able to reply right off.
OK need to talk it over with the other half, could do with a bit more of a heads up on how far back we can keep little sticky fingers from pulling pieces off stuff though lol.
Itll be one day (Saturday) if i do it though, cant make the two, ill probably be Karting.
