i wont be able to commit until closer to the date.
but if i go, there will be two of us going, my wife isn't an active builder, but shes certainly a fosterer in my geeky hobbies

how do we handle props? bring a few? or turn up in costume?
i've never been to one of these shindigs, whats the protocol?

I feel, bring the props you want to share the most, not just resin castings of random stuff that you are trying to hock. As for costumes, HELL YEAH! I would love to see some costumes (Capt_Jack_Savvy...HINT HINT!)

It would be awesome if people showed up in costumes. I'd definitely do it if I knew I wouldn't be the only one.

You thinking what I'm thinking? TIME CRASH!

I truly want to come, but there's three big things standing in my way:
Somewhere to stay overnight
Transportation from the airport (I'd be using FF miles to get there, I'm perpetually near-broke)
Possibly being in classes, though if I don't have any classes on Saturday I might be able to afford to miss on Monday.

And yes, I really would travel from Florida to SoCal for this.

I personally plan to be sportin' a "Team Munson" t-shirt, and might do a costume change into the "Matt Munson Hazard" t-shirt half way through, assuming D&B makes a potent white russian.

As for Laamberry, history indicates that she will lose any battle she engages me on, so I don't think it will make for a very entertaining exercise.


I think the TRUE tragedy of this entire event is that someone has already made Matt Munson masks. About 20 years ago, oddly enough. I'll see if I can dig up a picture.
