I'd love to come. Is there any type of registery list? Or do I just show up?

Sound off if you're coming! :-D

I've set aside the day for being there. Now, if this pesky flu is gone by then....

PS: Got my tickets for the Dallas Sci-Fi Expo Fan Days and The Dallas Comic Con! Happy Birthday to me.

Having recently checked my Google Calendar and seen all the weekends booked with activity,
I thought to myself, 'Who is this person, and when did he get a life?'

All I am looking good for coming by.
Look forward to stopping in and saying hi!

Re: North Texas Meetups - Saturday, February 1st at 2pm!

Should I bring a 12 pack or anything other than a few props?

Re: North Texas Meetups - Saturday, February 1st at 2pm!

I think Pippspriller said he'll have some chips and some soft drinks... bring whatever you want! I'm not expecting a huge turnout, so don't go overboard :)

I'm going to run something on the CNC machine for funsies.
Can you guess what it is?

It's kinda weird that we need so little visual information to identify something like this!

You inspired me! :lol

Quick and dirty print on the lowest resolution, just to mess around...

Not sure why that whole appeared, but it's an easy fix if I so choose

Re: North Texas Meetups - Saturday, February 1st at 2pm!

Captain Solo did not survive the freezing process! Catastrophe! The doggone spindle stopped spinning last night about one third of the way through the roughing process (I had left for the night). The CNC machine didn't know that, though, and kept driving the stationary bit around on the foam block. Thank god it was just styrofoam and not wood or something harder! I have a tech coming out tomorrow am, so we should be back in business by the end of the day- fingers crossed!
