ok so its about 1.15 am at the moment and ive just got off the phone after an hour long chat with a very reputable Convention organisor
he is very very keen to have the RPF prop display at his event this October 6th - 7th
For some reason we are having major difficulties in getting members to commit to any events south of the midlands, i can understand why with logistics and costs but im puzzled to understand why no southern RPF members are signing up to events.
with this in mind i have told the organisor will commit to his london event on the understanding he will fund transportation ............ and he has agreed simply because he believes in what we do and the effect it will have on his event
Transport will be supplied from the Midlands and the North to bring anyone who will commit to the event and i have to say its a big one at Earls Court.
if i can convince enough of you to attend i will endeavour to try and get some funding toward accomadation too but unfortunately i cannot quarantee this.
please try and support the RPF all we ask is once a year we do this event in London it will lead to more local events such as Mylton Keynes and Telford and there is also the possibility of adding Scotland to the calendar too.
I realise i cannot do these events with out you .......... but to be invited to the countries biggest event is a major achievement in such a short space of time that we have been doing UK prop Parties.
so to conclude funding is available to transport your props
