I hope everyone is fairly satisfied with the current layout.

*the hotel has advised me that should we want to setup on Friday June 1st, we are free to do so. I probably will. If anyone is in the Toronto are and is interested, just let me know. I'm off work that day so I can be there any time in the afternoon, or evening.
I will get the specific table sizes sorted out but they will know in advance how many we require. That way 'exhibitors' can make a quicker transition to setup once they arrive.
For those of you who are 95% sure you are attending, we can set up a 'pre-paid' system. Let me know who doesn't mind the idea. I'll see much reaction for this over the next week and a half to see if it makes any sense.
We'll have a table at the entrance like last year for all RPF member tags as well as guest tags.
