So I guess I'll join in the fun in this new forum! Here is my Zombie Wolverine that I made back in 2010. Looking at it now, there's so much I'd change about it, but I was still very new to costuming at that point.
It's based off the Marvel Zombies series, but I didn't try to make it comic-correct. I just used them as inspiration. It took me the better part of 3 months to put it together, and I spent about $1000 when all was said and done (a lot of it on trial and error).
The cowl is a modified cheap latex cowl that I painted. The face is foam latex. The spandex is one of those cheap ones you see on eBay (which are way too thin, BTW). I made the shoulder thingies (what ARE those things called?) out of plastic, but they never did sit right on my shoulders. I sewed the gloves from scratch, which was something I had never done before. Boots I had commissioned, and the claws are a set based on the film version.
I may eventually do a version 2.0 of this, with a proper cowl, silicone face, decent spandex, and correct claws.
