My War Machine made of 3mm. Sintra plastic. each piece is hand bent. Going to try the foam build Iron man next. Gatling gun fires off using an inverter and an electronic fire cracker. really loud and the crouds love it.

Great work, Sinatra is good to play with and you demonstrated true skill.
You should take a video one day shooting off the gun. I'd love to see it in action.

It took about 4 weeks to put it together for the premier of IM2 but I've been modding it since. I'm making the helmet open with a servo now. working out the details. As soon as that's complete I'll shoot a vid of the suit in action. with mini gun. You can look up Nabraskon 2011 and see it there during the costume contest. I won first place and fired it off. I just don't have a direct link.

War Machine was expected to fight Karl Amoussou in the opening round of the welterweight tournament at Bellator. It masks protect them from the lingering effects of their own insidious weaponry while allowing their vision to pierce the fog of war. Thanks for sharing the informative post.

you will also need a slip ring

and a power inverter. Fright prop sales one but I used a large inverter mounted on the back of the suit. I hope to switch to the fright prop one later for size and weight.

For power I'm using two 6 volt batteries in series to get 12volts for the inverter. They are slim to fit inside the chect in the back.

Very good suit, but that is the best mini gun f/x I have ever seen on a build.
That is truly one of the greatest costumes I've ever seen!!
