man, you and me BOTH ! i have been looking for months now. all i get are hand written short hand notes someone made while building their own suit for the SCA... and 99% of them don't make any sense

I found a whole batch of armor Peps for the armor sets in Skyrim.

You'd be better off thermoforming plastic with a heat gun or making it out of aluminum than trying to pepakura what is essentially a series of plates joined by leather.
Also worth noting that "Knights armor" could refer to any number of thousands of variations of armor kits worn by millions of men across centuries of time.
