Well, here goes. This is my Indy costume that's been in the works off and on since 1998. I "posed" for these last Halloween after an outing in Nevada City, Ca (the whole town goes Halloween crazy).
The gear pictured is as follows;
Pants: Noel Howard (1998)
Webbing belt, gun belt, holster, Mark VII bag and strap: Noel Howard (1998-99)
Whip: Joe Strain 12 ft. (1999)
Boots: Alden 405
Hat: Todd's Downtowner (Yes, the version with the ribbon that's too light).
Jacket: Todd's (2007 version) I have a few Westeds I got in 1998 but they're pretty much retired.
Shirt: Todd's (I have a few Noel Howard shirts, but they don't go out.)
Obligatory "pose with gun"(Browning Hi-Power in this case)
This is a hat I love. My parents bought it for me for my birthday in '99. It's a Herbert Johnson. It was purchased from, had the dimensional brim cut by, and shaped by Richard Swales, who did the same for Ford for "Raiders". It's really not too accurate as an Indy hat, but I'm really glad I never had it altered.
Last but not least. I grow all my own stubble!
Thanks!
