wondering how to make a scale sculpture..

i was just wondering how to make a scaled sculpture. i mean how do you know the measurements and exactly how to figure out how big the object or face is.

Here's a good calculator to use: Scale Conversion Calculator - Jimbob-Wan's with instructions as well.

Once i have the rescaled size of a figure i'll use a body template such as this: http://static.intellego.fr/uploads/1...roportion1.png

I then resize the template to the size the calculator gave me, then make the armature using this.
