To you what is Stan Winston's best work?
That's an unfair question. I can't decide! It was all the best!
You know thats a tough one, but the predator and terminator 2 are my favourites

Anything he did really. Jurassic Park, Terminator, Predator. The list is endless. Terminator being my favourite
Jurassic Park. Was also a fan of what he did with the Myers mask in H20 as well...the KNB on looked like garbage imo...I am a subscriber to the fb posts the "School" puts up and they are often times humorous...

I have to say the raptors, and T-Rex. Not original designs, but they are things that are hard for anyone to replicate or do better with practical effects.

I love Jurassic Park - the work in that movie is breathtaking.
Pumpkinhead is another of my fave's - great creature design work
Small Soldiers is another that stands out for amazing work at such a small scale
Predator and Terminator for me. But almost all of stan's works are amazing.
My top 3 are
Predator
Terminator
And the alien queen
But i like allof his works
Although it seems to be have been more of a supervisory role, I'd vote for the '87 Monster Squad crüe.
Are you asking what Winston's personal best work is? Because for me the grand prize goes hands down to all his top-quality bronze busts of his family and friends that he sculpted a few years ago. Those designs are absolutely gorgeous. I wish I could create pieces as meaningful and inspired as those.
Actually I was just trying to know what in the RPF members opinion SW best work in movies was, but now that you mention it, yes, all those busts were also great (as a matter of fact all his work is VERY good).The Death Curse said:

He had incredible talent, And there are so many outstanding examples of his work. For me, the Alien queen. That thing still scares me.
Without knowing how much hands on work he did (I'm guessing he had more hands on in the 80's)...
Terminator and Aliens are ICONIC. So much came out of Aliens: Revised alien warrior, the Queen, the Power Loader, the M41A Pulse Rifle... probably why it's my favorite movie.
I love what he did for Iron Man.
Jurassic Park is definitely up there.
