Hey guys,
I ordered everything I need to start sculpting a cowl.
I am stuck as to what I should make.. although I am only learning I'd still like to build something that if... and if.. it turns out I could offer casts to you all.
Any ideas?
Perhaps a batman cowl that hasn't been done.
Let me know. Post good reference pics too.

That would be cool however it's been done before by Reeves666 and he did a great job! I wanna do the first of something.

Hmmm. Not really into the Kingdom Come Batman.. Too simplistic. The Azreal helmet could be cool however I don't see many pics of it.. at least consisted looks for that particular cowl.
And it doesn't have to be batman I do either.. skies the limit.
I understand but I think the Azreal would be very cool. Was going to do one myself but have too many other projects running concurrently... The fact that there's so many different representations would allow you to put your own touch on it as well, meld what you like, skip what you don't, create the in between. Could be a cool project!

I'd love to see one of the Tron helmets done well, ether Rinzler or Sam's

Deff want to lean towards batman to start with. Something new that hasn't been done. Pics would help if you have them.
What about this concept piece from the Gothic Batman Anime?
Or this strange hybrid of Aliens-meets-Batman?
I haven't see either of those done yet!
I like the top one more.. however I'd deff need to "real-world" it up.. as those proportions don't exist in normal humans... lol... other than that I love it since it has him wearing a trenchcoat or something.

I've only seen one of these, and it was done in fabric rather than a more batman-ish latex or plastic - how about Batman Beyond?
The Batman Grotesk series is a good place for cowl-spiration.
