Try Jordu Schell, Bob Causey, and Mike Hill. These guy's will probably charge more but you'll get a special piece of art.
I'm having one done right now by Jordu.

Yes, i have reached out to everyone recommended, but have not heard back from them all. I have seen prices from 4K - 14K

I was hoping to keep it under 2K. Any other artists i should hit up?

I don't think keeping it under $2k will happen with any talented artist
 
I'm seeing that ... Lol

Fettster gave me one heck of a deal on my Cap bust. I guess I was hoping for lightning to strike twice.

Still shopping around though and keeping my mind open on price
 
The problem is, they will have to sculpt your piece from scratch, as opposed to already having the mold to simply pour resin or silicone into. That's why it's so much more.

Yeah, that is what Fettster did for me with the Chris Evan's bust. Since it was my first experience with commissioning something like this and how great a job/price I got I didn't have a realistic price range in mind. I will just count myself blessed to have gotten such a great deal/product from Fettster a couple years back.
 
Or does anyone know where I can find one of these for sale?

Walt from waltwizard.com did a Harrison Ford Han Solo for me. I was very happy, good price too. He's out of Peru so the shipping is a little high. But the good thing with him is he uses real hair which is an awesome feature
