Jbfletchr, these should fit around a 24" head. I need to order some ultracal, and I'm hoping to get this molded in the next couple of weeks. I will definitely be posting in the Junkyard.

Something came up and I wasn't able to mold it this weekend, but I've got it ready to go. As long as nothing else gets in the way, I will started molding tomorrow morning!
I was able to get it molded successfully. The mold is fully dry now, so I'm planning to pour the first one Monday morning.

First pull is drying in the mold---should be pulling it tomorrow. I'll post some pix after I get it trimmed and presentable.
