Anyone familiar with making a nice stand for your props, especially busts? I'd rather fabricate something that looks really nice and professional rather than just a old board with old clay that I sculpted on with a pipe sticking out of it. Any advise I would appreciate.

You need to clarify what you want a little, as your question is a tad confusing.
Are you talking about displaying a finished, cast and painted piece? Because you mentioned clay on a pipe and old board, which is what you use for sculpting. And I've never heard of anyone using their sculpting armature for display.
