...a recaster? I came across a nice looking resin bust of ANH Harrison Ford bust it seems too cheap to be true at a hundred bucks.

Yes that guy is a massive recaster. It is a safe assumption that he did not sculpt any of the items he is selling.
He has all the JRX busts recast. My assumption would be that he's the eBay seller formerly known as fan_made.
I bought a darth maul bust from an eBay user with a similar name. Found out later it was a recast. The photos are taken almost identically as those ones were.
