I know he's not the most loved cenobite but he's a vital part of the original drab four and I needed a quick fun project while I finish up my Pale Man costume. He's so disgusting that he's actually pretty fun to work on. Plus my Chatterer is getting so lonely that he's stopped Chattering. I'd like to do the Female (ZING!) next and save Ol' Gridface for last.
I've got about an hour into the sculpt.

Looking pretty ugly (in a good way of course!). Noob question I know, but what material are you using there?
Thanks Guppzor, it's a water based clay called Wed clay. It's great for blocking out your sculpture extremely fast and then hit it with a heat gun to dry it out a bit to start your detailing.
Huh, looks quite good for a one-hour job. Congrats ! Hope to see him in all his slimy glory...
Thanks InExtremis, will have to grab some next time I stock up on supplies. As a beginner, sometimes the number of products that appear to be the same (but aren't) can be a bit of a pain. Being able to see exactly what others are doing with a product helps narrow the choices sometimes :-P
