More was filmed than has been made public. In fact, I still have no idea where this website got the screen caps but here you go:

A green lighted script is just that, the filming script. All major changes came into play when Bale insisted he be Conner instead if Marcus which was the role he was initially offered. Conner in the original script was a voice on the radio with maybe, maybe five minutes of screen time towards the end. The film was to Marcus' journey leading into the next two films. Believe me when I say the changes when Bale became involved, and even as they filmed moment to moment, were for the better. That green lighted script was a joke. Where TS failed was as ive prior mentioned a dozen times, all story and plot removed. In the end TS goes nowhere, absolutely nowhere minus Conner getting a hybrid heart where again, thats useless as the story depth and plot surrounding that are omitted.
As opposed to me continually talking into the wind of a brick wall, please go back through this thread and read my prior posts. TS is a completely different film, as is, if you know what to look for. Everything is in the film plain as day.

This would have been a much better way to handle adult JC than any of the ways they've tried it so far. Over the years he has been far too built-up.
It works to portray a JC who hasn't grown up. Or maybe an adult but he hasn't found himself yet. But that's the only way to really show him and not be disappointing.

The next big milestone in CGI actor replacement may not be Arnold.
Universal is in talks with Paul Walker's little brother to body double him for the rest of "Furious 7."
F&F isn't a sci-fi SFX franchise but it is big money. F&F#6 made $800 million dollars. The production's insurance company will be cutting them at least an 8-figure check to cover Walker's loss. "Furious 7" was slotted to be Universal's tentpole release this summer. The effort to salvage it is gonna be MAJOR. And the audience will be unusually tolerant of footage that isn't 1000% convincing because of the situation.
IMO this is shaping up to be a great opportunity for ILM to really swing for the fences and see what they can do.

as much as Arnold IS the Terminator, for a reboot he shouldnt be involved as a Terminator on any level shape or form. From what ive been hearing as prior mentioned the Terminator will be more along the original concept of a real sized man and not a body builder. Then again Roland is still in epic shape dwarfing Arnold. A reboot is just that, not a continuation. Even if they only use him for brief time travel bits where Reese/JC is bouncing around to different moments in time it would be for the international market $$$ and marketing, same as they did with TS. Arnold wasnt in TS for a single frame, not even as a shadow, it was CG and Roland.

Spiderman is another good example, its mislabeled as "SpiderMAN" when it should be correctly labeled "SpiderBOY". Th thing with many of these now classic films is they were the right film at the right time. Rebooting them in a new light doesnt work but instead of working on the new original classics, the cheap money grab always wins.

Since I saw Terminator when I was younger, like 10, I thought it was odd that the Terminators were supposed to be infiltrators, but Arnold sticks out anywhere.

In-universe explanation is that the T-800 endoskeletons were pretty big, so the flesh coating had to be large to encompass it. As they advanced, the Infiltrators got smaller and smaller and started incorporating modular parts to emulate different heights and weights.
This is why in TSCC, the T-888s, while still physically imposing, at least could pass for a more natural human look, and was able to take on roles from Vick all the way down to the redheaded 888 Cameron fights with in an elevator. The base model, however, was the Cromartie/Vick size.

LOL. I used to wonder this as well. In the future, where food is probably scarce I would think anyone that doesn't look like they haven't eaten in weeks would stand out. Someone with bulging muscles would raise the question "where has this guy been hiding out in? GNC?"

It's a testament of Cameron changing his mind at the last minute on how he wanted to film. I always figured the Arnold model was meant to just not care if it blended in. I'm sure the other t800 variants were a bit more normal.

The TSCC Terminators were "more realistic" in terms of using a slim body type creation than the muscle hunk, I talk about the T-600 silicone rubber and Cromartie as well as Cameron, not the hunk in the memories of Cameron.
