Well, I've never been to Spain. Now I've got at least one reason.....

i cant see how this is gonna bring in profit.

spain needs a buttload of money from the EU just to not become bankrupt. they have to have a hard financial course for the next few years, with salaries being cut etc. people wont have a lot of money for this.
over all its the worst possible time to build something like this

Tons of people on this very forum can apparently afford to spend hundreds/thousands of dollars on costumes and props. I think you'd be surprised at how many people would be willing to pay for a trip to Spain to visit this theme park. Just saying.

Hmm, good point. Maybe they're hoping it'll bring in more tourism? Still, would it bring in enough to make a profit? Doesn't seem very likely...

Spain is a very popular holiday destination with us Brits, this gives me another reason to go back again and spend my hard-earned ££'s.

I wonder what rides and attractions the park will have? Off to google it.

Given that it's set in the Nu-Universe, does this mean I can become a cadet and go immediately to Captain in a whole day? Hehe. I'm going to run this place!

spain allready has a lot of tourism. the minimal increase of this wont really change anything. Spains Banks need 50 billion dollars to get out of the hole. i just can not see this being anything but a giant money dump.
