Aug 27, 2012 - My article on the Doctor Who NY Premier (No Spoilers) #1

    Hey everyone,

I'm still very excited about this so I thought I would share my experience with all of you.

I was able to attend the Premier of Asylum of the Daleks in New York and was invited by BBC America to interview Matt Smith, Karen Gillan and Caroline Skinner as part of a round table interview.

You can real all about it here (spoiler free):

Kasterborous at the Asylum Preview in New York! | Kasterborous Doctor Who News

    I hope you enjoy,

    VERY Well done!
So many authors tend to worry on facts and quotes, your writing style reads like "telling a story to your best friends at your favorite bar"! The readers are almost included in the story!
    Thanks!

Damn. That's a spot on observation.

Funny thing...as I read the story on Sunday, I could hear Terra "telling" it in his voice.

Great article and good writing style!

The guy dressed up as Eleven in the photo in your article was seated next to my wife at the premiere - she had to get up so many times for people to get pics with him that she just started taking them herself for everyone, lol. Sounded like a fun time; wish I could've gone but my wife's friend only won 2 tickets.

I may have met your wife then! She wasn't by any chance the one who kept lending me her sonic for pics was she? The Eleven and Amy are Deviantart friends of mine, it was nice to run into them. They were quite the attraction.

Thanks for the kind words too!

Maybe - she's about 5'6, pale and freckled, with black hair; was wearing glasses, a white button shirt, and a union jack necktie, and has a 10 sonic. She was with a girl, also in glasses, with a Vote for Saxon t-shirt.

EDIT: Yep! Just asked her if she kept lending her Sonic to a guy who looks like 10 for pics and she confirmed =0) So, nice to sort of meet you by proxy!

    Cheers!

Oh brilliant, she was awesome! Please thank her again for me, that was really nice and funny of her. I totally didn't expect to get caught in the storm of pictures, I just wanted to talk to my friends and get a pic of them myself and BAM!

And yeah, nice to meet you by proxy as well

Right on - she says she will look you up on FB since you gave her your card. We're way down on the outskirts of DC if you're ever in the area and looking for Whovians.

Apologies to all for the threadjack =0)
