Hurley just walked his group into Locke's camp. All six of the Oceanic Six in that same place for the first time in a while. This can not be good.

Sort of... the island was underwater in the Flash Sideways universe.

The Man in Black was never named specifically. A lot of people have taken to calling him Easu (Jacob's brother in the bible).

No, Jacob sold his birthright to Easu for some stew.

That 'missing scene' was a joke.

I totally agree with the original poster although I was a little disappointed with the ending at first I have now grown to love and appreciate the concept of it. Lost will always remain as one of those special shows that grips you both mentally and emotionally, drags you on a roller coaster of both ups and downs
