Dark Skies (Post-release)

I did a search and didn't see a thread for this movie. I just watched the trailer for Dark Skies and it's got me sold. I love a good thriller, but one that involves aliens is a bonus. Anyone else know about this movie? It has a release date for this February.

The TV show was amazing... providing it was serious and not just all SFX and no story i'd watch it!

This doesn't seem to have any connection to the TV series. It's just using the same title.

Oh really? Hmm I guess that could be a good thing... the show did lack a certain movie quality... are there any websites about it yet?

I will not be watching this. I have a huge phobia of greys or any type of similar evil humanoid aliens... :cry

I'm just avoiding it as it's a knock off of Paranormal Activity. I have to say I was massively disappointed when i saw it had no connection to the tv show.

I'm in. And one of the reasons is BECAUSE it has nothing to do with the TV show. The trailer is super-creepifying, & that'll earn them a ticket purchase from me. :thumbsup
