Day two of Profiles in Historys entertainment series of auctions was their Animation Auction, and it did not disappoint. The auction hammered approximately $1.2 million dollars* not including bp, ($1,476,000.00 with bp),with the majority of lots sold.
There was heavy internet bidding along with phone, and live auction floor participation for the various original animation cels, drawings, artwork, and Disneyana available in the 910 lots.
As in previous Animation Auctions, their was something for everyone with varying prices points for interested bidders.
