I just purchased from them for the first time, I checked the company online and it seems legit, can anyone give me some feedback on them please? I mean, I purchased a little something form the movie Oldboy, it comes with a COA, but still want to know if they are a legit company,.

Thank you for your time!!!!

From my experience alone Premiere Props items seem to be authentic. I have bought from them and I'm overall happy with my purchases however waiting 2+ months for items after an auction is always something that I have to consider before bidding.

There stuff is usually legit, although not always properly titled (hero/stunt/production made/etc). They take a looooooooong time to ship in auction, but when I have bought from them on ebay, there is not much of a wait. From what I hear, the auctions and ebay are handled by different people.

Thank you very much for your feedback guys! yes I did win an auction, and its good not know that they take forever.

Thank you!

I would only buy from them again if they had a piece I really couldn't pass up. Once you pay you feel like their lowest priority, it's like me charging you for next day delivery and then taking 4 months to post.

.....wow that's pretty fast!! I had to wait for more than 7 months after one of their auctions. Horribly packed and one of the items broken. made a comment about that...silence ever since.

Wait, you are ****ting me, 7 months? I was thinking like a month or so....damn mate, did you open a case? did you get your money back? a call or anything?

Thank you for your comments again.

No thinking about it mine was at least that long too, felt like the best past of a year. Their terms state some odd period of time which they reminded me when I asked if they'd posted yet, so when they past that time I made sure they knew about it. Mine was just a pack of A3 paperwork.

The thing is they don't pack the stuff themselves but hand it over to a second party who should be a "professionall" in packing and sending stuff. Premiere props just tells you it's out of their hands if your stuff gets damaged and they give you a procedure to start a case which will let you pass the whole thing because it won't lead to nothing. If you buy something from their auctions, the only thing you can do is hope, pray and keep your fingers crossed you'll be one of the few lucky ones that receives the stuff on time. Buying from them on Ebay though works fine since they're scared of negative feedback which will be visible on the Ebay site.....

I sent them an email yesterday asking them if they were going to ship it, cause I read online some complaints about taking several months, and they answered right away stating my package was ready to be shipped, that they were going to provide me with a tracking number today.......so, fingers crossed...Ill let you know how that goes.

Thank you!!

Gus

Thank you good sir!!! just an update, it shows as shipped, it has a tracking number and it shows this :
Estimated Delivery: Tue. Jul. 22 - Mon. Jul. 28

So...I guess I may be good for now, but Ill keep you posted on the package.

One more time, thank you all for your comments and support.

That would be good. I only bought one time from one of their actual auctions, which was a few years, but it took them around 6 months to get the items to me. Plus, they charged me more to ship the items than the items cost. I was so angry, I never bid through one of their auctions again.

I bought an item from the store site. It finally came in about 3 weeks later and with a different COA than stated on the item for sale. It was shown as "blanks screen used". But once the item arrived it says " back up item" and clearly never been used or if it was only once. You can tell by the wheels. So idk what to do about it. I mean I love the movie and item, just kinda pissed about it.

the auction shipping is crazy long unless you bitch to them. I think I have 11 weeks and 6 weeks for different items. I don't want to buy from them, but damn it, they have the things I want at times

i had to wait 6+ months and 4-5 emails to get my item and coa that they just didnt care about. item itself not 100% according to listing. they suck in other words! the worst thing is that they do have cool stuff to sell...
blacksparrow and piece of the past i give 10/10 for those items i have bought.

Okay, I got the product, it looks legit, I did some screen grabbing, and it looks accurate, the COA looks perfect, with item number, description and watermark seal, so I guess that par is fine...the only problem, they didnt wrap it up very well...so the edge of one page was folded...big time, I mean, once I frame it it will be visible only to my eyes, that know that folding was there..but the overall experience was pretty good......

Again, thank you all for the feedback and positive thoughts!!!

It would be nice if they sorted out their act, though so many have been put off I don't know what effect it would have on their sales. Glad you got your item quickly and that you pestered for a better service than we got.

That's awesome Gus hope you enjoy the new piece to you're collection. I'm still waiting on an item from the extravaganza auction a month ago. Hopefully it will be here soon.
