Hi, the weight of the sword is about 4kg, it is very heavy.
Even when Dolph saw them , and he held them personally,he could'nt hold it over his head like did his aluminium one when he faces skeletor...what you see in my pics is a forged steel blade,its shine isnt as much as polished aluminium.
Maybe that is another reason it hasn't been put into production, licensing and weight.
I figure if a production type had to be made it would have to be out of titanium....but this is not easy to forge, ive looked into it....

thats really great, mine was more of a streamlined sword, less metal and more realistic handeling...

My Sword is REAL not the movie prop, those were Aluminiun because of weight...I HAD THIS SWORD HAND MADE using the ORIGIONAL RUBBER STUNT Sword which i bought a long time ago.
My sword featured here on this thread was forged by a KATANA blade master at huge cost it only needs sharpening but i use it as dislpay.
I had 3 made and one is in the possetion of the fellows that made the Conan swords. My guess is if it hasnt been made yet for production it is only because of licensing.

Yea, I emailed Albion. They did tell me that they didn't have the licence to produce this sword. They also have one of the prop swords that was used in the movie. I suppose we can only cross our fingers and hope for the future!!!
