The Dark Knight Rises-Police License Plate

Just picked this up from someone who worked on the film. I also obtained an production made but unused Gotham Police door emblem and will post pictures soon.

I think this may be from 2nd movie. None of the DRK plates I have set photos of had 4 holes, only 2 at the top. It also looks more like a 2nd movie plate.

How could I verify it? I saw this picture of several cars with one having a plate with the darker blue on the bottom while others are lighter.

I could waste my time and post a photo of every single vehicle, be it GCPD car, Osh-Kosh truck, etc. they used in Pittsburgh, LA and NY to show you that the DKR plates only had 2 holes in them...but you're going to have to take my word for it.

All the DK plates have 4 holes, the DKR's have 2. The white surround at the bottom is another difference.
 
I have no intent to anger the "prop pros" on this site. I can only go by what I was told by seller. I am actually glad to see that it Is from The Dark Knight as that is my favorite of the three Nolan films.
