I love this stuff. I have never gone back to look at screen grabs like these, they are excellent!
"Delman" and "Eldman" streets, same street numbers used. This supports what Matt Jefferies said about numbers being legible, etc. (Why we see 1701 and 1017, et. al. on starships) I would guess these were chosen as they would be less legible?
It's pretty amazing that there is so much detail in these as they would have never dreamed they would be read by the public. They could have been Lorem Ipsum or inside jokes or utter nonsense, for that matter! I guess there were clear enough shots for some legibility, but still!
Also both Dehner and Mitchell are from "News..." something state.
Damn I wish Gene or Bob Justman were around to ask about this stuff!

Oh yeah, not to fall too far off track (sorry!) but "My Love Has Wings" was a poem written by Gene Roddenberry while in the service (about his plane, ostensibly.)
He actually wrote quite a bit of poetry while serving in WWII and some of it was printed (maybe in Stars and Stripes? Can't remember now...)
I think MicDavis has done all the Gary Seven docs and is working on the map...

The semi-repetition on the ID cards is indeed perplexing.
As for the starship numbers, that happened because the Constellation was an AMT model kit, and at the time the decal sheet only had the numbers for the Enterprise (the "build the entire fleet!" sheet came later).

This is the cover of Kirk's copy of A Tale of Two Cities from The Wrath of Khan. Should the TOS movies have their own thread? Anyway, I've included the whole cover for those who want to make a dust cover, and just the title block for those who have a copy of the actual book. Cover should be life size at 200 dpi. I managed to duplicate the original cover's pattern on the new title area.
