Witch King of Angmar build- My first!

So I have decided to build my own costume of the Witch King of Angmar. I have never done any of this before but I have been researching on what others have done here. Needless to say I am impressed! I plan on using things I have available to me for the build. The helmet would just simply be way too heavy if I did it in metal so I am going with styrene and body filler. The guantlets on the other hand I am going to do in metal. I work in a plant that makes the metal frames for trucks so I am used to metal work and enjoy it. So here are the first of many pictures to come, let me know what you think...

After connecting the pieces and a little blow torch action. Still have a little forming to do before glue and body fill work.

do you have a template for this helmet or did you freehand it?

I did it freehand. once I get everything glued and whatnot, I will get the eyes and such the way I really want them.

Emailed sent with temps. Even have etching instructions. I got these a long time ago from a metal fabricator.
