White Mighty Morphin Ranger (kibaranger) - Cosplay - weesleii

Since I was a child, I always was a big PR fan, Specially the white ranger,
So I made my version of him

1-Pepped the helmet




2- I'm not a fan of resin and fiberglass, so I hardened my helmet with toilet paper and pva resin


3- Now I started with the bondo and the sand proccess






4- I modified the pep file on a part to make the detail in foam



5-Painted and cut the helmet and the detail, Bought the others materials


6- Applyed the detail to the helmet


7- Painted the boot's bottom


8- Painted the black parts and the near area of the visor to correct the cut


9- Made the free hand tiger shield based on a shirt


10- Put the visor and tested the fit


11- Made the the other pieces with eva foam


12- Painted all


13- fitting test again


14- all the pieces


15- I'm a lil bit chubby and Lycra was so far of use, so I made the clothe with "brim"


16- I couldn't find a model in 3d of Saba (the sword) to pep, so I projected one and made woith wood and eva foam







17- Everything *-*


18 - Done

Sadly, The vent Daniffied the cosplay, So I reformed, repainting again and cleaning some parts

I think he found a model but he realized it was too difficult to set up for pep. So, he made one from scratch using wood and eva foam.

I can share man, but it's a lil bit different of just commom pepakura for foam ^^

So here we go, yeah, it's something like this. I projected above a pic of Saba, and make the 3d model and send to pepakura, but It proccess was important 'cause this way I couldn't lose the proportion of the parts that I made in eva, and the wood it's just to give a more resistence to sword, so it not bend
