What is a good costume for someone 6'-6" tall, 225#

3 words, remake Michael Myers. possibly remake Jason, Predator, most video game costumes. Maybe Punisher from Punisher: War Zone. Some type of mutant offspring of a zombie and a football player? IDK Man.

Did i say Predator already? Please guys if ur not even 6" tall barefoot don't bother with a Pred costume. You weren't built for it, And you look ridiculous!! I love being taller than most Preds juts wearing normal shoes. Makes me giggle.. Dude, Predator all the way!!!!

After attending Comic Con for my 1st time, I noticed a LOT of people that were under 6ft and most of DC is over 6ft so all the basics would work. I was asked at one time to go as x-men colossus. I thought I was to short to fit the part I'm 6ft2 and about 230 and thought I was to small ... I get to Comic Con & see a Gambit that was able to walk under my out stretched arm. So it would of worked. IF your going with a group, something to think on.... if your going on your own everyone already listed would be great!

Not sure of the name but the "Massive Monster Guy" that Leonitas(sp) battled in 300 would be a freakin' amazing costume for someone your height!!! Would take some work but WOW, how awesome would that be?!?!

I did do a Michael Myers costume, but unfortunately even the XL Warlock mask was a bit too small for my huge melon head

I feel your pain I'm 6'10" 390 there arent a lot of things for overly tall people. But I like all the Ewok suggestions. Maybe be the love child of an Ewok and a Wookie

Sheesh. Can't believe nobody's suggested the Anime route.

Watch a few episodes of Full Metal Alchemist; it's one of the best animes out there, in my own humble opinion.

Two costumes come immediately to mind, depending on your body type. It's hard for me to visualize how 225# is distributed on a 6'6 frame, seems a little scrawny to me. If you're buff, you might be able to pull off Major Armstrong, the Strong Arm Alchemist..

The second one would be Alphonse Elric, Edward's brother. Basically a full-body suit of armor.

You would be incredibly popular at any convention you showed up at.

A few other characters from the same series would be good cosplayed by a tall person.. give it a watch.

Another thing you could do is pretty much any of the Norse pantheon as portrayed in the Marvel "Thor" flick, depending on your body type.

Post up a picture of yourself, you'll get more personally tailored suggestions. Don't be bashful.

Sam Winchester from Supernatural! Jared Padalecki is 6'5", and his height is made much of in the series. Sam is often called the Moose, Sasquatch and Gigantor. Plus, it's a very easy costume to throw together.

Doctor who fan here and there are like six and half gazillion costumes someone can make no matter what height because so many aliens are used. the best this past season were obviously the silence and they looked to be over six feet tall.

All that's needed is snazzy suit and creepy bulbous head and you're in business

Seriously...WOOKIE! I went to the bars with me in my Boba Fett armor and my buddy was in his Wookie costume. I had my picture taken with 50+ dudes (drunk geeks) and had four pieces of armor broken. He had his picture taken with 300+ hot women in skimpy outfits! His fur was still great. (smelled like beer and perfume!)

After that, the new rule was..."Chicks dig the Wookie!"

It is a spendy way to go, but done well there is no equal.

If you like armor, the Full Metal Alchemist route is good because he is really huge and the armor is a basic, classic design.
