upgrading my hellboy costume

I made my first costume for a convention a couple of years ago and it went down pretty well but before I wear it again I want to make some improvements.



I've already made a BPRD belt buckle and shoulder patch and I might make some new horns but the big change I want to make is to replace the official static right hand of doom with a home made animatronic version. I have a few design ideas and with access to the replica I should be able to detail it to match.

yes! waiting with baited breath. I've done something along these lines and have some ideas but keen to see what you come up with.
