That is pretty good

Same guy different uniform. his screen name over there is Joe Kerr. He did a breakdown of all the correct gear for SWAT, not sure if he posted it in the forum or on our facebook.

Not really much help on vest but good info here for someone trying to make similar uniform

Also, I'm pretty sure the swat side arm is a beretta not a glock. Prove me wrong if I am.

LOL your talking about my suit and i didnt even know if you want i dont mind braking down my suit for you. Thanx for letting me know Erik. I feel honored to be even posted here. The other suits are more of through together but my main swat i sat down for quite some time.

I didnt realize i didnt resize the vest after i let my buddy tried it on. So if it looks a little baggy its because of that. I will also try to update my page since there are only minor things left i really want to upgrade on this suit to make it complete but i like it.

Personally i think the vest is a little low i might re sew the bottom and rais the hieght so the duty belt has some room and its doesnt have so much weight on the radio but besides that. The vest quite proud of. Second sewing project / my own pattern / tons of fun!!! If i find any pics of me at wizard world i will get them up for refs as well

oh as for the gun I have seen both so your choice but there still safari land holsters so good luck on your build. I would say the holster was the most pain in the ass to find, BUT I LOVED IT!!!!! If you have any questions please ask i have no problem disclosing anything about the vest or suit. If you cant sew and you want me to make you one well thats a different story. GF is going to make a swat devision for security so chicago is going to have alot of these guys running around!!!

Keep it up you have a long way to go if your going to hit 90 percent accurate. My suit cost me about 350 to make/ after all the accessories. Cant wait to see what your finished copies look like.

I wear the shirt for work and dont think the MTA would appreciate me wearing a GCPD uniform and at $50 a shirt I'm not just going to grab another. You could ask a tailor to extend the neck, have it added at the top then role it up and down maybe?

Another idea is to get it embroidered on a different piece of cloth and use double sided tape to hold it on (make the cloth long enough to have logo on the outside and wrap around the neck to hold it in)
