Wowsa, great work!

( The Mighty Prince ! )
Prince hell, you are King, take a well deserved bow my friend, you have earned it and more. You sir are an inspiration
If you ever make it to a convention I am at ...or have some insane reason to come to Edmonton, door is open and the drinks are on me .
Wow. Absolutely stunning. Wow, again.
Thanks Voss! I love your Halo suit design. I am actually looking into making the undersuit for the Ironman as well.
And .... Breached 50.000 readers... Thats awsome.
I will try to get some shots of my bodysuit in a week or so. I found some wonderful vinly, nice red, just a litle lighter than the paint color I am using. My seamstress is doing it up in such a way to reinforce it and is stiff enough yet still functional. So far so good. looks like segmented armor. I have her doing up sections for under the arms where that larger open area is gos over the shoulders and down to the mid forearm.
Also have a section at the groin wearable like shorts, and 2 sleve sections for over the knees. This part for the legs will be attached onto the red body suit directly.
I am sure yours will be 1 million times better But if I can contribute some info at all let me know ( like you need any advice from me )
By the way, your going to beat me ! I am not going to finish in time to make the premier :redface . I made a hard call on redoing my hand sections ! Going all in glasfibre now as I am just not happy with the silicone. Dont have your skill on that. So my friend once again you are way far out in the lead !
This is the coolest thing ever!
Most people making costumes are striving to get it almost as good as in the movies, but you made yours even way better than the one from this movie Go to the studios and say HA while pointing at their rubber armor
You were from Norway if memory serves? Or am I lost?
That's where I'm from, neat
Keep up the good work
Dark Side Sith Lord.
Well with the metal craftmenship you have i should have you make some working metal parts hehe
Love your blaster turtorial.
Hehe, thanks. Well I don't know if I could make anything awesome enough for this costume, I don't know that much about it yet either, but if you ever need an E-11 folding stock to mount on your shoulder or something, just let me know
Looking forwar to seeing this suit in the flesh.. (Metal) .. Awesome work .
Well not long ago i wrote in another topic that.

The laptop with all data, progress photos, Holiday photos, emails, contacts, everything gone...
If someone is trying to contact me on email please inform the people i am out of a home computer at the moment. I will be availible trough PMs.
Need to get a new one up and running ASAP...
Not sure about the details of your data loss, but if you just wiped a hard drive then File Scavenger 3.2 is a great program to recover lost data. Only problem is you have to use one file extension per search. Program works better than three other programs I recently tried. Just don't write onto the damaged hard drive until you've run every search you need.
Ouch ! Hope it gets sorted out. Sorry to hear about this TMP. Good luck getting your info back up and running. Will cross fingers for you
I took it to the store. And they tested it and it was a hard drive error.
Aperently they say its totaly dead. I could take it to a pro to try to recover the date but it whould cost me close to 1800 USD.
WHY DID I NOT TAKE BACKUP!!
**** i am totally lost.. All my design drawing, conacts everything.
I will need you all guys help to send back the photos of the progress of the suit. Once i am up and running i will ask you this favor...
Help me RPF... Your my only hope... (TMP in a Bathrobe and blue light)
very nice workmanship!!! looking forward to seeing it as a display!
TMP. I have a ton of the photos as well. If you dont get them anywhere else let me know. I will load them up to a new photo bucket account and just give you the password for it.
Let me know if you need that or if something else works out. Note I am gone from like noon today till the 19th.
So if your harddrive is only near dead I'd take it to the Geek Squad... see what they can do.
File Scavenger can get your stuff back for FREE. Just install a new hard drive to put the operating system on and install your old hard drive (use to call it the "slave" drive and move some pins, but not so anymore).
The old one will become a new "D" drive (if you only had one drive to begin with). Don't write anything to that old, screwed up drive (OR YOU WILL DEFINITELY LOSE DATA). I just recovered over 17,000 photos with File Scavenger. Trust me.....its easy....and FREE!!!
If you want to pull the hard drive and send it to me, I'll run the program for you. But, its EASY!!!
If the hard drive can't be found by the computer, well, who knows.

Another trick I've heard of for use to recovering HD's is to stick them in the freezer. Yup. Put it in the freezer for about 30 mins or so, then QUICKLY fire it up and grab data as best you can. Once the HD warms up, it will start the errors again,. and freezer trick works only once.
I make no claim that this will work on your HD, but if it does, I'd like a suit.
That said, I hope you manage to recover everything.
And to think I WAS going to buy a robocop suit. I hope everything works out for you. I have a quick question; what size head will the helmet fit? I have a 7 1/2" bucket myself.
Well the HD is gone. I am now waiting for a replacement. I has a warenty on my computer so they requested the old in return. No turning back for me.
As far as the helmet goes. Well not taken measurements. But the helmet slips straight over your head. You will need a great deal of padding to make it snug.
That's a sad news...
I think they should try to restore your data or destroy your old HD... Because it's illegal for them to keep your data...
I hope everything will be fine again for you!
