The person who is in the suit is 6 feet tall with a pretty slim bodyshape.
The midsection is partially modified to his size. The armor got room for a much bigger person.

    Let me know your thought.

As you se on the arm you will notice how slim the person is and how much more bigger a person can be.

What i noticed in this photo is that due to the slim size of the person the armor had to much room in the chest area and therfore the upper armor have slided to much backwards. I belive if i add some foam on the back of the shoulder and front of the chest the armor will align better and the chest's top will be pressed forward instead and backwards.
    Looks Great!!!!!

Just tried something that turned out to be perfect.
Well the helmet is Aluminium and cold to the touch. Then sprayed on top the Red and gold. Then scrached away some red so the metall showed trough... Looks very nice... Photos to come

Want to make one suit all in Alu. But it will weigh 3 times as much.
Also the problem will be to mach the colour of the rubber and the abs plastic.

TMP my friend, what parts ended up being abs on the armor ? Was curious ? I never took a chance doing ABS wit hmine. Did you paint it up or manage to get it the right red allready done up ?

Again my Norwegian friend, you are the king ! I will shake the hand of the man who can build a better suit, will put some serious betting money on that one.

Cold cast always dose the trick in cases of realistic weathering, great job!

The eyes looks good and apparently they could light up... So you are on the right way to solve the visibility problem?

    Holy moly buddy!
Wow...can someone please stop TMP before he redoes some part of this costume YET again?!!!!
John this is really groundbreaking stuff..I really love it. In the costuming world there are certain characters and subsequent 'costumers' associated to those costumes on a 'pop culture' level. I feel that the words Iron Man+Costume will remain for years to come being associated to TMP.
Outstanding...and I am very proud of you.
You say, and you do...you dont try....good for you.
