im trying to figure out how i can make or have someone make ATLEAST the frame of this crown
the shape and design is kind of distinct so trying to buy one close is hard cause not many get this close
hell if someone can make me a blank frame i can do the rest, i just need to make this thing
and if you can i have a ton of reference for you ^^
OMG... I was going to post this exact same post almost word for word. I was thinking the same thing, to commission the frame. I have a couple ideas to experiment with but I definitely think it's out of my experience range for the most part. Maybe we can post a WTB in the junkyard too...
I have a few great screengrabs and other images that I'll upload here momentarily... I just have to sort through my ridiculous amount of reference pictures to find them. Jeez, Connor, you are making me want to drive down there with my costume! I'm so happy to discuss the costuming with a fellow Tangler!
How about using those kits that they sell to make stained glass window hangings. I think the frames are made up of some type of metal that is pliable.

I have been thinking of making one myself. I was thinking of using an existing tiara as a base and building around it.

Which isn't bad but a little on the thin side but the pattern of the flowers and positioning is spot on and might work as a base to build on.
