Sith Stalker - Ultimate sith edition helmet

Hey guys i want to share with you some pics of one of my best friends work. He scratch built a Sith Stalker helmet and it is almost complete. He only made 5 pieces and one of those babies is mine

Well there you go... a few more steps before it gets painted.

It is missing one of the teeth, but it is the lid he is working on to add the last details. Obviously the tooth will get added on for completion.

the painted is only color testing... as you can see he removed the teeth... to improve them.

Any updates Abe? heheheh i can wait to get mine.

Might want to even up that pinstriping, It kinda throws the whole thing off just a little, and get rid of the rough places at the top sides of the helmet where the round part connects with the rest of the helmet, then it would look perfect.

You know I kind of like the roughness of it, it serves my purpose well because i am going to weather it a bit more... this helps the appearance of a worn helmet, or battle damage if you will. Besides it reminds me that it was made by a guy that doesnt do this for a living and since it's his first start from 0 build I think he made an oustanding piece. He has made a lot of props and costume armor before but not from 0, in fact he did not know this character existed.

ohhh and just got mine this weekend.

Oh dont get me wrong! I like the helmet alot and think he did an outstanding job on it! I was just pointing out a few things. didnt mean to come off as a snob.

I know my friend, i probably sounded ( or read hehehe) out like i was offended, but not at all... I agree with your recommendations and Im sure Abe appreciates all of your input. I just wanted to let you know what it means to him and obviously to me. Thanks again for your comments.
