Does anyone know if anyone has done costumes from the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. games? Most of them look like they'd be easy to do with surplus military stuff. The only ones that might be recognizable would be the exoskeletons though. The artifact detectors would be pretty easy to do as well.

Cool. I was thinking about doing a Duty style exoskeleton. I doubt anyone at the local Halloween parties would know WTH it was though.
Theres a group in Russia that actually does( allegedly) a full on Stalker Larp style thing with some excellent weapons and costumes, theres some fairly large sets of pictures floating round the net, I'll see if I can find a link. I say allegedly because most of the original sites are completly in Russian and I've no idea if it's just post apocalyptic role playing or cold war reenactment thats been mislabelled by overzealous fans. Still awesome though.

Nice idea, I myself like the Scientist costume and would try to do that first as it's a jumpsuit, backpack and helmet... simples
